Ben supplied the most beautiful piece of mappa for our new dining area, we’ve had it fitted and coated with Danish oil, we are absolutely delighted with it and will be buying more from Ben for other areas of our home as we renovate! What a gem of a find, great personable service at very fair prices from a local sustainable Forrest! Perfect.

I ordered some wood from BrownLumber for the first time a week or so ago. The initial delivery was disappointing, as a spindle had a split right down the middle of it for half its length and was of no use other than for burning.I sent a photo to Ben showing what had been delivered. We had a very helpful conversation on the phone and he without any question sent me a replacement spindle which has arrived today, which is as expected.So overall, 'thank you' Ben for your help and the quality of the wood. I'll be back........!

Ok to deal with initially but quality of oak supplied was very poor , really disappointed , couldn’t use 3 of the 11 pieces supplied as they weren’t full sized as ordered, would never order from again

Dreadfull experience, definitely avoid, only after your money, had to chase to get my money back after no delivery, owner behaved like an idiot, thought he was being clever sitting on a refund, buy from a reputable seller, this one's a cowboy, you've been warned.21/5/24 updated -Just to be clear, you are lying, and trying to back track, you deliberately sat on the refund, and only under duress and after all the aggravation did you then say it would be between 5 to 7 days, I had to chase you constantly to deal with this, this was 3 weeks after the order, you could have issued the refund at anytime, you were just being arrogant, exactly 7 days later I get an email from shop saying I would get a refund within 10 days, you dont deserve anyone's business as you don't value or respect your customers,you view them as an inconvenience, says it all really, ONCE AGAIN EVERYONE I URGE YOU TO AVOID AND BUY ELSEWHERE

Excellent company to do business with, I fall you not. I have dealt with a lot of companies and this one is a leader not a follower and I do not think there is a company the can cast a shadow on them
